I absolutely loved the entire meal ideas/recipes each entry offered to use as a repast plan or to divide out and apply individually. The multifariousness of meals was highly impressive every bit well. I wouldn't say I have a picky eater in my husband, only I do take a meat and potatoes kind of guy that I am trying to innovate healthier new alternatives to and this book offers that. The drink and dessert sections simply sealed the deal and I can't wa Within 10 pages of starting this book it went into my Amazon cart. I absolutely loved the entire meal ideas/recipes each entry offered to use as a meal plan or to divide out and use individually. The multifariousness of meals was highly impressive equally well. I wouldn't say I take a picky eater in my married man, but I do take a meat and potatoes kind of guy that I am trying to introduce healthier new alternatives to and this book offers that. The drink and dessert sections simply sealed the deal and I can't wait to try them with him every bit pop remains out of our diets and alternatives are needed to simple plain water and Crystal Light. While diabetes isn't nowadays in our family, my husband has a diagnosis of heart disease and I found I liked these recipes much better than some of the ones I have seen in "heart healthy" cookbooks.
